Barbecued Beef Short Ribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. beef ribs
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    4 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 small bottle catsup
    3 Tbsp. Lea & Perrins
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1/2 c. water
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Brown short ribs.
    Brown onion and celery in butter.
    Add remaining ingredients and simmer until slightly thickened.
    Pour sauce over short ribs and cook in slow oven until ribs are tender.
