Beef Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 or 4 lb. beef
    1 (22 oz.) bottle catsup
    1 (4 oz.) can tomato sauce
    salt and pepper
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. water
    2 small onions, sliced
Preparation
    Cook sliced raw beef in sauce after browning the beef with onions or cook whole roast and onions in sauce.
    Shred after cooking.
    Cook at 325\u00b0 for 1 to 2 hours or until meat easily shreds.
