White Chicken Gravy - cooking recipe

2 Tbsp. flour
3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation

In the frying pan used to fry chicken, take a fork and loosen chicken crumbles.
Make sure the bottom is covered in chicken drippings (at least 1/2 cup).
Add flour, milk, salt and pepper. Stir constantly, until bubbling and thick.
Serve over potatoes or biscuits.
