Light Minute Cherry Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/3 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sour cream
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cool Whip, thawed
1 graham cracker crust
Preparation

Beat cream cheese until smooth.
Gradually beat in sugar. Blend in sour cream and vanilla.
Fold in whipped topping.
Blend well.
Spoon into crust.
Chill until set (about 4 hours). Garnish with fresh strawberries, if desired.
(Cherry topping can be used.)
