Quick Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    1 c. warm water
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 egg, beaten
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 1/4 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients into yeast that has been dissolved in warm water.
    Set aside for 30 minutes, covered, in a warm place.
    Spoon into greased muffin pans.
    Fill half full.
    Set aside and let rest 30 minutes more.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Makes 12 rolls.
