Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. vegetable shortening
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 large egg, beaten
    1 1/2 c. flour
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. blueberries
Preparation
    Cream the shortening and sugar together.
    Add egg and mix. Combine the dry ingredients in a medium bowl.
    Add to the creamed mixture and blend.
    Grease 10 muffin cups.
    Fill cups about 2/3 full.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 20 minutes.
