Microwave Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    1 c. light brown sugar
    1/4 c. light Karo syrup
    dash of salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 c. popcorn, air popped
Preparation
    Microwave butter, brown sugar, Karo syrup and salt 3 minutes. Stir. Microwave 2 more minutes. Stir. Add baking soda. Stir. Put popcorn in doubled brown paper bag. Pour mixture over popcorn. Shake for 20 seconds. Put bag in microwave for 45 seconds. Take out and shake. Microwave 45 more seconds. Shake. Spread on wax paper to cool.
