Mock Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. water
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. cream of tartar
20 Ritz crackers
cinnamon
butter
2 prepared pie shells
Preparation

Boil water and add sugar and tartar; let boil.
Take pot off stove and add crackers; do not stir.
Boil for 2 minutes; shake pan only.
Pour into pie shell and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Dab with butter and put top crust on.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
