Oysters Rockefeller Casserole - cooking recipe

1 qt. oysters
4 pkg. frozen spinach
1/4 stick butter
2 Tbsp. anchovy paste
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
pepper and Tabasco
1/2 stick butter
1 small onion, grated
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 c. cracker crumbs
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Cook and drain spinach thoroughly.
Stir it in hot butter over moderately high heat to evaporate excess moisture.
Mix anchovy paste with seasonings and blend with spinach.
Combine with oysters and spinach.
Spoon into a shallow casserole dish, top with cheese and bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until bubbly. Serve immediately.
Serves 8 to 10 people.
