Dried Apple Stack Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. plain flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. margarine
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 heaping Tbsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. soda
    2 eggs
    1 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and soda.
    Stir eggs and buttermilk together; add to dry ingredients.
    Stir in softened margarine and vanilla.
    Make dough stiff enough to roll or pat flat in 5 or 6 greased cake pans.
    (You may need to add a little more flour to be able to handle dough.)
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 7 minutes or until brown.
    Spread each layer with cooked sweetened dried apples.
    Add cinnamon, if desired.
    Pour brown sugar glaze on top layer.
