Sweet-And-Sour Ribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. chopped green onions
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1/4 tsp. dried red pepper flakes
    1 c. commercial barbecue sauce
    1/2 c. peach preserves
    2 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. country style ribs
    1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 (12 oz.) can beer
Preparation
    Combine first 3 ingredients in a 2-cup glass measure. Microwave at High, uncovered, 1 minute.
    Add barbecue sauce, preserves and vinegar; microwave at High 2 to 3 minutes or until preserves melt.
