Instant Pineapple-Upside Downs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. firmly packed dark brown sugar
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 pkg. (8) small shortcakes
Preparation
    Melt butter in a skillet.
    Add pineapple and sugar, stirring until sugar melts.
    Dip one side of each shortcake into mixture. Place each on plate, coated side up.
    Spoon pineapple from skillet onto each.
