Pineapple Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained and reserve juice
2 eggs, separated
1 c. sugar
5 Tbsp. pineapple juice
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Melt butter in a 9 x 9-inch pan; mix in brown sugar and pineapple.
Beat yolks;
add
sugar.
Add flour (with salt and baking powder) alternately with juice.
Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
Pour over pineapple mixture.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
