Spanish Omelet Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. minced green pepper
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    2 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    dash of cayenne red pepper
Preparation
    In medium skillet, cook and stir green pepper and onion in butter over low heat until onion is tender.
    Stir in tomato sauce, sugar and seasonings.
    Simmer 10 minutes or until sauce is thickened.
    Keep warm over low heat.
    Pour over top of standard omelet.
