Oven "Fried" Salmon Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large egg or whites from 2 large eggs
    1 (15 oz.) can drained and flaked salmon
    1 c. fresh bread crumbs
    1/4 c. minced scallions
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray. Beat egg with a fork.
    Add remaining ingredients and mix until well blended.
    Shape in 8 patties.
    Place on the cookie sheet and bake 10 to 12 minutes, turning once until golden brown on both sides.
