Triple Dream Shake - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            1/2 c. orange, cranberry or pineapple juice
2 or 3 ice cubes
1/2 medium banana, chopped
1 Tbsp. dry milk powder
Preparation
- 
                            In blender, combine banana, juice, ice and milk.
Cover and blend well.
Serve frothy and cold.
