Chicken Or Turkey Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cooked turkey or chicken
    2 c. cooked rice (1 c. dry rice makes 2 c.)
    1/2 c. slivered almonds (optional)
    1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 small onion, diced
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 1/2 c. diced raw celery
    4 hard-boiled eggs, diced fine
    bread crumbs
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients (except bread crumbs) and put in a 13 x 9-inch buttered baking dish.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Remove from refrigerator 1 hour before baking.
    Sprinkle bread crumbs over top and bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
