Pralines - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            1 cup brown sugar
 
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup light corn syrup
1 cup milk
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup pecans
Preparation
- 
                            Cook first 6 ingredients in a double boiler to a soft ball stage.
 
Beat briskly until
the mixture loses its shine.
Quickly stir in pecans.
Quickly, drop on waxed paper in small mounds.
