Cottage Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 potatoes
    1 large onion
    1 green pepper
    1 (4 oz.) jar pimentos
    1/2 lb. mild American cheese
    1 slice of bread
    1 c. melted butter
    1 oz. chopped parsley
    salt and pepper
    milk to moisten
    corn flakes
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients with your hands.
    Cover with semi-crushed corn flakes.
    Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
