Rice Pilaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. rice (not Minute rice)
    1 can beef consomme
    1 can onion soup
    1 jar or can any style mushrooms, drained
    1 stick butter
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except butter in a 2-quart casserole dish. Dot with butter.
    Cook, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Stir. Cover and cook 45 minutes longer.
    Yields 6 to 8 servings.
