Banana Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. ripe bananas, cut fine
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. nuts, chopped (optional)
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cream bananas, eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla.
    Stir in nuts. Add dry ingredients, just until all ingredients are moistened.
    Do not overmix.
    Turn into a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch cake pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
    May frost cake if you wish or it's delicious unfrosted.
