Grit Souffl - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. grits, cooked according to pkg. directions
4 eggs
1 stick butter
3/4 c. milk
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
pepper to taste
Preparation

Add all ingredients to cooked grits, except the eggs, milk and 3/4 cup of the cheese. Cool the grit mixture for a few minutes. Beat in the eggs and milk. Pour into a buttered casserole dish. Top with remaining cheese and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
