Italian Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. fresh cut corn
    2 tomatoes, chopped
    1 medium zucchini, thinly sliced
    1/4 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Bring to boil water, corn, tomatoes and seasoning.
    Reduce heat and cook for 3 minutes.
    Stir in zucchini and cook for 5 minutes.
    Top with cheese and serve.
    Serves 4.
