Quick Scallop Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 medium potatoes
    1 to 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 to 1 can light cream
    extra sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 Tbsp. white cooking wine (optional)
Preparation
    Place sliced potatoes in casserole dish.
    Mix all other ingredients in pan on top of stove until melted together.
    Then pour over potatoes and cook at 350\u00b0, covered, for 1 hour; uncovered, until browned on top.
