Hemlock Inn Tomato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. drained tomatoes
    1/2 loaf toasted bread or 2 c. garlic croutons
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. minced onions
    1 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Combine tomatoes, bread or croutons, salt, pepper, eggs and milk.
    Pour
    into
    casserole
    dish and top with onions and cheese. Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven until hot and bubbly.
