Oven Omelet Brunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter or oleo
    2 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
    1 1/2 doz. eggs
    1 c. dairy sour cream
    1/4 c. crushed onion, bacon or Canadian bacon, browned
Preparation
    Heat oven to 325\u00b0.
    In oven melt butter in baking dish (9 x 13-inch) until dish is coated on bottom.
    In a large mixing bowl beat eggs, sour cream, milk and salt until blended.
    Stir in onion.
    Pour into dish.
    Bake until eggs are set but still moist, about 35 minutes.
    Makes 12 servings.
