Chicken And Spinach Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 unbaked 9-inch pastry shell
1 c. chopped cooked chicken
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked and well drained
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
2 eggs, lightly beaten
3/4 c. real mayonnaise
3/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Pierce pastry shell thoroughly with fork.
Bake in 375\u00b0 oven 10 minutes; remove.
In large bowl toss together chicken, cheese, spinach and onion.
Spoon into pastry shell.
In small bowl stir together eggs, real mayonnaise, milk, basil and pepper until smooth.
Pour over chicken mixture.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven 40 minutes or until golden and knife inserted in center comes out clean. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
