Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced thin
salt and pepper
about 4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
about 2 Tbsp. flour
milk
Preparation

Grease a baking dish and make a layer of potatoes (each about 1-inch deep).
Sprinkle with salt, pepper and flour and dot with butter.
Make 2 more layers the same way.
Add enough milk so you can see it between the slices of potatoes, BUT DO NOT COVER the top with milk.
Cover pan and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven until potatoes are tender when pierced with a fork (about 1 to 1 1/4 hours). Remove cover the last 15 minutes to brown.
Serve from baking dish.
