Art Chapman'S Pickled Beets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. cider vinegar
    4 c. sugar
    5 c. water
Preparation
    Boil mixture.
    Add cooked beef and simmer 15 minutes.
    Pack in sterile jars and seal.
