Souper Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can golden mushroom soup/sauce
    2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. bread crumbs (Italian style)
    1 small onion, minced
    1 egg, beaten
    1/3 c. water
Preparation
    In large bowl, mix thoroughly 1/2 cup soup, beef, crumbs, onion and egg.
    In baking pan, firmly shape into 8 x 4-inch loaf. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours.
    Reserve 1 tablespoon drippings. Heat remaining soup, water and reserved drippings to boiling. Spoon over meat loaf.
