Parmesan Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            6 medium boiling potatoes, peeled and quartered
 
3 Tbsp. grated Parmigiana cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. warm milk
Preparation
- 
                            In a saucepan, combine the potatoes and salted water to cover generously.
 
Bring to a boil over moderate heat.
Reduce the heat to low, cover and simmer until tender, about 20 minutes.
