Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    turkey, chicken, roast beef
    4 c. chicken or beef broth
    3 to 4 Tbsp. chili powder
    fresh garlic cloves, crushed
    1 tsp. each salt and cumin
    medium or large minced onion
    minced tomatoes
Preparation
    Melt some bacon grease (3 tablespoons) and add 2 tablespoons flour.
    Mix in broth a little at a time to prevent lumps. Add all other ingredients.
    Mix in 2 tablespoons cornstarch (mixed with a little water) to thicken to gravy like consistency. Boil (simmer) for 10 to 15 minutes.
