Sugar-Free Fruit Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1/2 c. quick oats
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. allspice
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. cloves
    1/2 c. Nutri-Grain cereal, crushed
    2 large eggs
    3/4 c. honey
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. cubed apples
    3/4 c. raisins, coated with flour
    1/2 c. sugar-free jelly or preserves
    1/2 c. walnuts, crushed
    1 c. pecans, crushed
    3/4 c. chopped cranberries, sweetened with artificial sweetener
Preparation
    Mix the first 8 ingredients.
    Mix remainder and add to first bowl.
    Line bottom of baking dish with pecans.
    (Also put some on top.)
    Bake in 2 greased 1 1/2-quart loaf pans for 35 to 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Best if sealed and refrigerated for 2 days.
