Lemon Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. lemon cake mix
1 small pkg. lemon instant pudding mix
4 eggs
1 c. water
1/3 c. oil
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease and flour a 10-inch Bundt or tube pan.
Combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, water and oil in large bowl.
Beat at medium speed with electric mixer for 2 minutes. Pour into pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool in pan 25 minutes.
Invert onto serving plate.
Cool completely.
Glaze is optional.
