Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 Tbsp. margarine
4 Tbsp. flour
3 eggs (separate whites)
Preparation

Cook on stove until thick, then put coconut in.
Put in cooked pie shell.
Beat egg whites with sugar (about 3 teaspoons).
Put on pie and bake.
