Turtle Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix
1 can evaporated milk
1 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. pecans
1 bag caramels

Preparation

Mix cake and 1/2 can of milk.
Pour 1/2 of the cake mixture in a greased 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
Bake 5 minutes at 350\u00b0.
