Blanc Mange - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. Cornstarch
    1/2 c. Sugar
    2 c. Water
    1/2 tsp. Vanilla
    Red Food Coloring
Preparation
    Mix cornstarch, sugar and water in pan.
    Stirring, cook until mixture thickens like pudding.
    Remove from heat and add vanilla. Pour into desert dishes.
    Cover and place in fridge until set.
