Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can sauerkraut
    1 onion
    1 green pepper
    1 c. celery
    1 red pepper or 1 can pimientos
    1/2 c. oil
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 c. sugar
    2 to 3 c. water
Preparation
    Rinse kraut well with cold water; drain.
    Cut onion, pepper and celery fine.
    Mix oil, vinegar, sugar and water with ingredients.
    Will keep several weeks in refrigerator.
