Sweet Potato Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. mashed cooked sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar
1/2 stick margarine
1 egg
1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together and pour into buttered baking dish.
