Scalloped Oysters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. melted butter
    3 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    3 Tbsp. onion
    3/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. green pepper
    1/2 tsp. garlic
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 qt. oysters
Preparation
    Mix in medium size saucepan the flour into melted butter; cook 5 minutes until dark brown, stirring constantly.
    Add paprika, salt and pepper; cook for 3 minutes.
    Add finely chopped green pepper, onion and garlic.
    Cook slowly for 5 minutes.
    Add lemon juice and Worcestershire to oysters which have been picked over and heated in their own liquor.
    Pour mixture into baking dish. Sprinkle fine cracker crumbs over top.
    Bake 30 minutes in 375\u00b0 to 400\u00b0 oven.
