Mama De Carmine'S Sausage Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

pizza dough
10 sausage links (5 sweet and 5 hot), fried
1 c. (about 2) peppers (green, red or whatever), fried
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, sliced thin or grated
grated Parmesan cheese
parsley
garlic powder
pepper
1 egg yolk

Preparation

Take sausage, remove from casing and fry.
Mix with fried peppers.
On floured surface, roll out pizza dough no thicker than 1/4-inch.
Spread cooled mixture of sausage and peppers all over dough.
Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic powder, pepper and Mozzarella cheese all over.
Roll down from top edge.
Place on ungreased baking pan.
Brush with beaten egg yolk for shine.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown.
