Tuna Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (12 oz.) cans chunk tuna
    3 c. uncooked egg noodles
    1/2 c. each onions and celery
    1/2 c. sour cream (more, if desired)
    2 tsp. mustard
    1/2 or 3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 tsp. thyme leaves (dried)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 small zucchini, sliced
    1 c. shredded cheese
    1 large tomato, diced
Preparation
    Drain tuna. Cook noodles and drain. Add tuna, noodles, onions and celery.
    Blend next 5 ingredients. Spoon half of the mixture into a 2 1/2-quart casserole dish. Top with zucchini.
    Repeat 1 layer at a time.
    Top last layer of zucchini with cheese. Bake about 30 minutes at 325\u00b0.
    After removing from oven, add diced tomatoes.
