Barbecued Pork Ribs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 4 lb. ribs (pork)
2 onions, sliced
2 Tbsp. vinegar
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. red pepper
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. chili powder
3/4 c. catsup
3/4 c. water
Preparation
-
Select\tmeaty ribs.
Cut in pieces
and
sprinkle
with salt and
pepper.
Place in roaster and\tcover
with
onions. Pour sauce over and cover.
Bake in moderate oven for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
