Busy Day Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. lean ground beef
1 Tbsp. oil
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
1 (12 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can tomato soup
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 (8 oz.) pkg. medium size noodles
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese, divided
Preparation

In a large skillet, add oil, onion and green pepper.
Saute until tender-crisp.
Add ground beef.
Stir to brown evenly.
Add mushrooms, corn and soup.
Mix well.
Season to taste.
Cook noodles in boiling, salted water until barely tender.
Drain.
Mix noodles, meat and 1/2 cup cheese.
Spoon into a 2-quart casserole. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
