Shrimp And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 stick butter or margarine
    1 medium onion
    1 small bell pepper
    2 eggs
    2 c. rice, cooked
    1/2 lb. shrimp
    soy sauce
    salt and pepper
    1 small can mushroom pieces (optional)
Preparation
    Cook rice and set aside.
    Melt butter or margarine in skillet. Add onion and bell pepper (chopped) and saute until done.
    Add eggs and scramble with onion and pepper.
    Stir in cooked rice. Add shrimp, soy sauce, salt and pepper to taste.
    Steam until shrimp turn pink.
