Smothered Cabbage With Sausage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

cabbage
bell pepper, chopped
celery, chopped
1 lb. pork sausage
onion, chopped
oregano
parsley, chopped
Preparation

Chop cabbage and fry in skillet with a small amount of water. Add the amount of onion, bell pepper, oregano, celery and parsley you want.
Dice up sausage in bite-size pieces and add to cabbage and cook until sausage is done.
Serve over rice.
