Jalapeno Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 can whole kernel corn
1 can cream-style corn
1 egg, beaten
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
1/2 c. corn meal
jalapeno peppers to your taste
onion tops

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Pour in a buttered casserole dish and bake at 350\u00b0 until set and slightly browned on top.
