Refrigerator Pickles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

7 c. thinly sliced cucumbers
1 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
1 c. diced onion
1 c. vinegar
1 c. diced green pepper
1 tsp. celery seed
Preparation
-
Mix cucumbers and salt; let stand 1 hour.
Mix remaining ingredients; pour over cucumbers and refrigerate.
(Not necessary to process or seal.)
Pickles will keep in refrigerator for one month.
