Ingredients

1/4 c. soy sauce
4 Tbsp. liquid hickory smoke
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
1/2 tsp. seasoned pepper
1 tsp. salt
pinch of black pepper
pinch of garlic powder
steak, cut into strips (thin)
Preparation

Stir all ingredients, except steak, together.
Cut steak into thin strips.
Place in container with a lid.
Pour mixture over the meat and cover.
Shake every 2 hours.
