Jello Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box yellow cake mix
Cool Whip topping
1 small pkg. jello (strawberry or favorite flavor)
Preparation

Follow directions for cake mix.
Bake in 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Let cool completely.
Mix jello with boiling water, let cool. Punch holes all over the cake with handle of small wooden spoon. Pour jello evenly over top of cake being sure to fill holes.
Let jello soak into cake, about 10 minutes.
Top with Cool Whip (thick layer).
Cover and refrigerate several hours.
